Job Role: Marketing Manager- PR & Brand Communication

Location: Noida

Forest Essentials, India’s first Ayurvedic luxury beauty and skincare brand, is looking for a Public Relations and Communication leader with a strong grip on brand storytelling, a proven record of building visibility for luxury brands, the ability to create fresh and impactful marketing campaigns, a sharp creative eye, deep knowledge of the social influencer and digital PR landscape, solid resource planning and management skills, and well-established media relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and strengthen the Forest Essentials brand voice, staying true to our roots of Ayurveda, luxury, and purity.
  • Lead PR and marketing communication strategies for India and international markets, including the GCC, UK, and upcoming regions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure every marketing and communication plan stays true to brand identity.
  • Track competitor activity and spot opportunities to strengthen and differentiate our brand positioning.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with journalists, editors, beauty writers, influencers, and key media partners.
  • Ensure steady and high-quality coverage across print, digital, social, and influencer channels.
  • Set clear goals and direction for PR agencies, ensuring all initiatives drive meaningful visibility and impact.
  • Create thoughtful media and communication strategies for launches, seasonal moments, and brand-led campaigns.
  • Develop elevated press experiences that showcase the craftsmanship and luxury of Forest Essentials.
  • Oversee brand presentations and pitches, ensuring they are compelling, consistent, and aligned with our ethos.
  • Lead and coordinate all brand events from planning to execution, ensuring cohesive storytelling across touchpoints.
  • Drive influencer strategy and coordination, selecting the right voices, and ensuring strong content synergy.
  • Strengthen digital PR and influencer-led visibility through curated content and relationship building.
  • Be involved in all brand-led marketing initiatives, including working with branding agencies, market research, and insights.
  • Manage PR budgets responsibly to maximize reach, efficiency, and results.

What you should bring

  • 8–10 years of experience in PR, brand communication, and marketing.
  • Past marketing exposure with luxury, beauty, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands.
  • Strong writing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfort with both strategy and hands-on execution.
  • A good eye for detail and an appreciation for refined brand aesthetics.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Someone who’s quick on their feet, curious, and open to learning new things as the brand evolves.
