Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to engage and influence key accounts in Europe and North America for the Global Mobility vertical.
• Collaborate closely with account managers to identify target accounts, map personas, undertake content audits, create customized marketing programs to drive awareness, cross-sell and upsell, generate opportunities and accelerate the sales cycle.
• Understanding about ABM, activating various ABM channels, devising strategies, reporting and analyzing for the effectiveness of the ABM program.
• Work with HCLTech’s internal marketing team to build collaterals, social media banners, invite mailers, client testimonials, offshore branding and other marketing assets as required and check for brand compliance.
• Collaborate with HCLTech’s digital team to build an effective digital marketing strategy for the vertical's overall ABM/marketing strategy.
• Oversee and manage client visits at our campus in Noida and other locations as and when required.
• Engage with procurement, legal, finance, and admin to onboard vendors, contract signing and to ensure timely payment.
• Collaborate with the inside sales team, manage the reporting and tracking of leads across all marketing channels.
• Operations management on various activities.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, events, content and partner channels.
• Complete all assigned tasks and assist with day-to-day operations.
• Create compelling content (e.g., whitepapers, case studies, webinars) tailored to mobility decision-makers.
•Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
•Stay current with global mobility trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
