- Develop and implement overall marketing strategies and plans aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Identify target audiences and determine the most effective channels for reaching them.
- Create and refine pricing strategies for products and services.
Campaign management
- Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, content, and events.
- Manage creative elements, ad layouts, and media contracts.
- Coordinate product launches and promotions.
- Collaborate with advertising agencies and other external partners.
Budget and performance
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget, tracking expenses and evaluating return on investment (ROI).
- Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing efforts.
- Analyze data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and generate reports for stakeholders.
Team and cross-functional collaboration
- Lead and manage a marketing team, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed.
- Work closely with sales, product, and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective strategies.
- Communicate marketing plans and results to senior management and other stakeholders.
