Position/ Job Title: Marketing Head
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana.
Reporting Head: Managing Head / HR Manager
Summary: Proficient / Highly strategic results driven Marketing/ Headwith years of experience in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across digital, content and other broadcasting channels.
Key Skills: Strategy & Planning, Campaign Execution & Content, Analysis & Performance.
Qualification: Bachelors/ Masters – Marketing, MBA – Marketing, Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA)
Job Description:
1. Marketing Strategy / Planning:
1.Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies for ongoing and upcoming projects.
2. Assist in project launch planning, branding, and promotional activities.
2. Digital Marketing:
1. Manage digital campaigns across Google, Meta, SEO, Instagram & Real Estate Portals (99 Acres, Magic Brick and other housing sites etc)
2. Monitor Lead Performance, Cost per lead, and ROI.
3. Coordinate with digital agencies for ad creatives, landing pages and websites updates.
3. Branding & Creative Coordination:
1. Ensure all marketing collaterals brouchers, video,signage, hoardings are created and updated.
2. Maintain brand guidelines and project positioning
3. Work with graphic designers and vendors for timely delivery of creatives.
4. Events & Ground Marketing:
1. Plan and manage property events, site promotions, and channel partner meets.
2. Coordinate with Sales and Admin teams for events setups and promotional materials
3. Lead generation, identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking.
4. Market research to understand customer need and market trends
5. Brand / Campaign Management:
1. Oversee brand development and ensure consistency across all channels.
2. Manage public relations and corporate communications.
6. Campaign Management:
1. Plan & Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing.
2. Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on analytics.
7. Budget Management:
1. Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
2. Track spending and report on ROI for Marketing Initiatives.
8. Stakeholder Collaboration:
1. Work closely with sales, product development and customer services teams to align marketing efforts with overall business strategy.
2. Present Marketing Plans and Results to Senior Management and Stakeholders.
9. Market Research:
1. Conduct competitive analysis and customer research to inform marketing strategies.
