We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategies for our perfume and cosmetics division. The role includes brand development, campaign management, digital and retail marketing, and product launches, while managing the marketing team and ensuring consistent brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies across multiple channels, including digital, influencer, and outdoor media.
  • Create brand positioning, storytelling, campaign concepts, and content for new products (NPD) and online channels.
  • Lead product launches, promotions, PR events, and beauty campaigns; plan budgets and track results.
  • Oversee social media, digital marketing, creative, and SEO teams.
  • Coordinate with sales and production to achieve business goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide strategy.
  • Work on ongoing brand initiatives, partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising opportunities.
  • Manage marketing budgets, track campaign performance, and prepare reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 4–8 years of experience in perfume or cosmetics marketing.
  • Strong communication, leadership, creativity, and strategic planning skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools/analytics platforms.
  • Languages: English required; European languages or Tagalog are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
