Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning
- Design and execute offline marketing strategies aligned with Kartokart’s growth goals
- Plan monthly & weekly field marketing campaigns and territory-wise activation plans
- Set targets for team performance and campaign outcomes
Team Management
- Recruit, train, and manage a field marketing team
- Allocate daily tasks, routes, and activity plans to team members
- Monitor team productivity, discipline, and performance
- Conduct daily/weekly review meetings and field audits
On-Ground Execution
- Oversee activities like door-to-door marketing, kiosks, roadshows, and local promotions
- Ensure correct branding across flyers, banners, standees, uniforms, and kiosks
- Handle permissions and coordination for local events and activations
Partnerships & Local Tie-ups
- Build and manage partnerships with shops, vendors, apartments, institutions, and local bodies
- Identify new offline growth opportunities and expansion areas
Reporting & Analysis
- Track daily performance metrics (leads, conversions, sign-ups, downloads, reach)
- Submit structured daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Provide market insights, competitor activity reports, and customer feedback

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
