Education & Experience
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
· 5+ years of proven experience in marketing leadership, preferably in retail, hospitality, or F&B.
· Strong expertise in brand management, digital marketing, and campaign strategy.
· Experience in organizing and coordinating company events

II. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow business and evaluate effectiveness using Marketing standard metrics.
Develop a marketing plan covering monthly, quarterly, and annual activities and provide report to ensure that set marketing plan/strategies objectives are met.
Develop and implement a plan to improve and update all company's brand guidelines that will enhance brand recognition.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth, product offerings, and increased sales.
- Manage and improve brand recognition and engagement by planning, developing, and executing integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, OOH, and digital/social media platforms to effectively promote the company’s products and services.
- Ensure the success of marketing campaigns by effectively managing communications with stakeholders, internal teams, and external customers.
- Oversee the Marketing Team in managing all current and future social media accounts in accordance with the approved policies and standards on social media.
- Oversee the Marketing Team in managing company's digital communication channels, including WhatsApp, email, and telephone, and responding to customer queries and concerns.
- Lead, supervise, and support the Marketing Team across all brands to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Manage Google Business Profile for all brands and utilize its features to enhance brand visibility and effectively promote products through strategic profile management.
- Lead the development and improvement of all company websites (including all brands and corporate websites) in collaboration with web developers and designers.
- Implement effective SEO strategies to enhance Google search presence and improve keyword rankings.
- Increase online visibility for all brands by managing and optimizing A, B, C listings across search engines and digital platforms.
- Manage online delivery platforms for all brands to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor sales performance to ensure that marketing strategies are contributing to revenue growth.
- Identify and implement new marketing channels to expand the reach and impact of marketing campaigns.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve policies, SOPs, forms and necessary documents for Marketing activities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of marketing operations.
- Develop and implement marketing manuals to support franchising operations.
- Develop and implement clear menu and signboard guidelines to maintain consistency and brand alignment.
- Plan and execute menu launches, including LTOs, in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Monitor customer satisfaction through reviews and surveys, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Represent the business at events and serve as spokesperson.
- Manage expenses in coordination with management by developing an annual marketing budget, cutting unnecessary costs, and cutting unnecessary expenses.
- Manage press and handle public relations strategies for the company.
- Strengthen and enhance the brand’s image and reputation through consistent messaging, strategic content management, creative collaboration across all media, and partnerships with social media influencers.
- Manage customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues in line with approved policies and procedures.
- Manage the marketing side of the delivery partners (e.g., Talabat, TM Done, etc.) and coordinate with other departments (Accounts and Operations) as well as addressing customer complaints and concerns.
- Prepare marketing reports (weekly, monthly, annual) for all marketing activities, including customer complaints and suggest contingency plans if necessary.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
