Marketing Manager

A Marketing Manager develops and executes strategies to promote a company's brand, products, or services, driving growth by managing campaigns across digital/traditional channels, leading teams, setting budgets, analyzing market trends, and ensuring marketing aligns with business goals to attract and retain customers. Key responsibilities include strategy development, campaign execution, team leadership, budget management, market research, and performance tracking (KPIs/ROI). Core Responsibilities:

• Strategy: Develop and implement multi-channel marketing plans (digital, content, social, email, PR).
• Campaign Management: Oversee creation, execution, and analysis of campaigns, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Team Leadership: Manage, train, and guide marketing teams or external agencies.
• Budgeting: Determine and manage marketing budgets for campaigns and activities.
• Market Research: Conduct analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.
• Collaboration: Work with sales, product, and leadership to align marketing with business objectives.
• Performance Tracking: Set KPIs, analyze data, and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
