Barikat is looking for an experienced
Marketing Manager
to lead and execute our end-to-end marketing activities. This role is based in İstanbul.
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering (preferred),

Min. 10 years of professional brand/category management experience in marketing,
-
Experience and personal interest in technology, B2B, or SaaS categories is an asset,
-
Demonstrated team management experience,
-
Strong command of 360° marketing, covering both digital and traditional channels,
-
Proven experience in corporate communications, PR, social responsibility projects, and event management,
-
Background in account management, product management, and previous exposure to sales/business development rotations is considered a valuable asset,
-
Strong analytical capability in campaign ROI measurement, budget management, and KPI analysis,
-
Experience in agency management, project planning, and corporate communication processes,
-
Excellent presentation skills, with strong command of executive-level reporting and communication.
JOB DESCRIPTION

Collaborate with senior management to define company marketing objectives and translate them into annual/quarterly plans,
-
Lead and coordinate the marketing team’s workflow; oversee execution quality, reporting, and alignment with departmental goals,
-
Develop and implement marketing strategies for the company’s products, services, and affiliated brands,
-
Manage all digital marketing activities, including social media, paid advertising, budget control, and performance optimization,
-
Plan and supervise all advertising campaigns across digital platforms, ensuring proper setup, launch, and periodic performance tracking,
-
Analyze daily/weekly/monthly campaign reports and define data-driven improvement actions,
-
Oversee the creation, updating, and governance of corporate identity materials, marketing assets, email campaigns, and landing page content,

Lead corporate communications, PR initiatives, social responsibility projects, and event-related marketing workstreams,
-
Manage MDF processes and monitor cybersecurity vendor budgets (quarterly/half-yearly/annual) to ensure marketing alignment and ROI,

Collaborate with HR to develop and execute employer branding strategies, supporting company-wide initiatives.
