Position Title: Marketing Manager Department: Marketing – Executive Team Reports To: Marketing Director Location: Cincinnati, OH - Corporate Office Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2 Schedule: Monday–Friday 9am-5pm Compensation: Salary + Performance Incentives + Benefits

Position Summary

The Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing marketing initiatives across multiple brands and multiple states within Valor Exterior Partners. This role supports a multi-location, multi-service organization specializing in exterior home services, including roofing, siding, gutters, and related trades.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in construction, exterior remodeling, home services, or a closely related industry, with the ability to manage brand strategy, digital marketing, lead generation, and local market execution at scale.

This position plays a critical role in driving brand consistency, market visibility, and revenue growth across all Valor locations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for multiple brands across multiple states, ensuring alignment with company goals and consistent messaging.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts including websites, SEO, SEM, social media, paid ads, and online reputation.
  • Support lead-generation efforts for local branches, driving qualified traffic to sales teams through targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives for exterior home service lines such as roofing, siding, gutters, and other related services.
  • Oversee brand launches, market expansions, and promotional strategies for newly added locations or

service offerings.

  • Track and report on marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI to executive leadership.
  • Manage vendor relations, including agencies, graphic designers, media companies, and digital marketing contractors.
  • Collaborate with General Managers and operations leaders to ensure marketing programs support each site’s specific needs.
  • Maintain, update, and optimize the Valor CRM and marketing tools as needed for tracking and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with state-specific marketing regulations and licensing requirements.
  • Support the creation of content, including social media posts, email campaigns, blog articles, and print collateral.
  • Maintain and enhance brand identity across all marketing channels and all Valor Exterior Partner brands.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Lead volume by site and service category
  • Cost per lead (CPL) and cost per acquisition (CPA)
  • Website traffic, conversion rates, and SEO ranking performance
  • Paid media performance across all platforms
  • Brand consistency and online reputation across all markets
  • Campaign ROI and contribution to revenue growth
  • On-time execution of marketing projects and initiatives
  • Engagement and performance of multi-state marketing programs

QualificationsRequired:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience with demonstrated success in construction, exterior home services, trades, or a related industry.
  • Experience managing multiple brands or supporting multi-location/multi-state organizations.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, paid ads, and analytics.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience in roofing, exterior remodeling, home improvement, or construction industries.
  • Background working with private equity–backed or rapidly scaling multi-location organizations.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Graphic design or content creation skills.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
