Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company goals and budgets.
- Manage brand positioning, messaging, and consistency across all marketing channels.
- Plan, implement, and monitor digital marketing activities including social media, online promotions, and website content.
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, events, and seasonal promotions for all branches
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and ROI; prepare regular reports for management review.
- Coordinate with external vendors, designers, agencies, and influencers to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Manage marketing budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Work closely with operations and outlet managers to align marketing initiatives with business needs.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, company policies, and local regulations in all marketing
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience in the UAE, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Grooming: Must maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance according to company standards.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
