Job Summary
Nanak Group is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Marketing Manager to lead a team of 26 Marketing Executives and manage marketing operations for residential, commercial, and township real estate projects. The role involves executing high-impact digital and on-ground marketing strategies to achieve 50,000+ qualified leads per month, enhance brand presence, and support sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of 26 Marketing Executives to meet monthly marketing and lead-generation goals.
- Develop and execute 360° marketing strategies including branding, promotions, awareness campaigns, and project launches.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives: Google Ads, social media campaigns, SEO, property portal listings, and online lead-generation tools.
- Oversee on-ground marketing activities such as exhibitions, roadshows, events, branding setups, and field promotions.
- Coordinate effectively with Sales, Tele calling, and CRM teams to ensure smooth lead flow and high conversion potential.
- Track campaign performance, analyze ROI and KPIs, and present reports to senior management.
- Monitor market trends, buyer behavior, and competitor campaigns to recommend new marketing approaches.
- Ensure brand consistency, on-time execution of deliverables, and proper utilization of marketing collaterals.
Requirements
- Graduate or MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in real estate marketing, with minimum 2 years in a team lead/manager role.
- Strong experience in digital marketing, on-ground promotions, and real estate project marketing.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Ads, social media management, and property portals.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high lead volumes and achieve monthly performance metrics.
- IT-literate with strong understanding of reporting dashboards and data-driven decision-making.
