Job Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of brand and portfolio strategies
- Own and manage the end-to-end marketing process, collaborating cross-functionally with sales, regulatory, market access, finance, supply chain, and global teams to drive brand performance.
- Train and support the field team, ensuring strong alignment between strategy and in-market execution.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, track performance, and measure success against key KPIs.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis, including performance tracking and insights gathering to refine strategy.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) to ensure medical and scientific credibility.
- Stay informed of evolving market dynamics and customer needs to continuously enhance marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7-10 years of marketing experience
- A strong understanding of the MENA healthcare market is essential.
- Fluency in English
- Experience working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and proven ability to deliver results.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
