We are looking for a results-driven
Marketing Manager
with strong experience in
Digital Marketing
and a proven background in the
Software / IT / Digital Transformation industry
. The role is critical in driving brand positioning, lead generation, and revenue growth through data-driven marketing strategies.

Develop and execute a comprehensive Digital Marketing Strategy aligned with business and revenue objectives

Lead B2B lead generation initiatives across digital channels (Paid Ads, SEO, Content, Email, LinkedIn)

Own the end-to-end marketing funnel (Awareness → MQL → SQL → Conversion)

Collaborate closely with Sales, Presales, and Business Development teams to support pipeline growth

Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta)

Oversee content strategy focused on software solutions, digital transformation, and enterprise clients

Monitor and analyze KPIs including CPL, CAC, ROI, conversion rates, and funnel performance
-
Manage marketing budgets, forecasting, and reporting
-
Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and freelancers when needed
-
Strengthen brand presence and positioning in local and regional markets
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
-
7+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role

Proven track record of successful marketing strategies and lead generation within the Saudi market
-
Mandatory: Previous experience in Software, IT Services, SaaS, or Digital Transformation companies

Strong experience in B2B marketing and lead generation

Solid understanding of enterprise sales cycles and complex buyer journeys

Hands-on experience with:

Experience using CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
