Role Overview

The Manager – Marketing & Leads is responsible for driving patient enquiries, managing digital presence, and ensuring efficient conversion of leads into confirmed appointments. This role combines digital marketing coordination, lead management, telecalling, and supervision of social media activities to support Eye Hospital’s growth and patient engagement objectives.

Key Responsibilities1. Digital Account Management

  • Manage and optimise all digital healthcare platforms including Practo, Justdial (JD), and other listing portals.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of hospital information, doctor profiles, services, images, and reviews across platforms.
  • Track performance metrics such as enquiries, conversions, ratings, and visibility.

2. Agency Coordination (SEO & Digital Ads)

  • Act as the primary point of contact for SEO and digital advertising agencies.
  • Share monthly goals, service priorities, and campaign requirements.
  • Review SEO performance, keyword rankings, lead quality, and paid ad results.
  • Coordinate timely updates for campaigns, landing pages, creatives, and promotions.

3. Lead & Enquiry Management

  • Take ownership of all incoming leads and patient enquiries from all sources (digital platforms, website, calls, walk-ins, ads, and social media).
  • Monitor lead flow, response time, follow-ups, and conversion status.
  • Maintain accurate lead records and daily reports.

4. Telecalling & Appointment Booking

  • Personally handle or supervise telecalling activities.
  • Call patient enquiries promptly, explain services, address queries, and build trust.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with doctors as per availability.
  • Ensure high standards of patient communication and service etiquette.

5. Social Media Supervision

  • Supervise hospital social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Coordinate with content creators/designers for posts, reels, campaigns, and announcements.
  • Ensure content aligns with hospital branding, ethics, and medical accuracy.
  • Monitor engagement, messages, comments, and enquiries from social media platforms.

6. Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on:
  • Leads received vs converted
  • Source-wise performance
  • Campaign effectiveness
  • Appointment bookings
  • Share insights and recommendations to improve lead quality and patient acquisition.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms in healthcare
  • Excellent communication and telecalling skills
  • Patient-centric approach with strong follow-up discipline
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple agencies and internal teams
  • Organised, data-driven, and detail-oriented
  • Good knowledge of CRM tools and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Language - English, Hindi, Marathi

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)

Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in healthcare marketing, lead management, or patient coordination
  • Prior experience with Practo, JD, digital ads, or hospital marketing will be an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
