Job Title: Marketing Manager
Brand: Hylo and Hylo Brand Extensions
Overview
As Hylo and its brand extensions expand, we’re building a focused marketing team to maintain brand integrity, grow community engagement, and execute integrated campaigns. This role will oversee day-to-day brand expression, content planning, event marketing, and social strategy, aligning with the overall vision of All In Hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content & Brand Communication
Lead content strategy across food, bar, and event verticals. Build and manage monthly content calendars tied to brand voice and key pillars. Ensure consistency in visual identity, tone of voice, and messaging across digital and physical touchpoints. Liaise with agencies, creators, and internal teams for timely, high-quality execution
2. Digital & Social Media
Drive growth across social platforms through storytelling and targeted content Finetune and execute content around messaging pillars that are aligned with the brand vision and values
3. Events & Collaborations
Plan and execute key events, seasonal campaigns, and brand activations. Identify and close relevant brand partnerships, sponsors, and cultural collaborators. Manage guest lists, influencer invites, and on-ground brand experience during events
4. On-Ground Marketing & Merchandising
Maintain venue branding, signage, and offline brand assets. Coordinate with operations and design for menu rollouts, promotional collaterals, and campaign merchandise.
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track key KPIs across engagement, footfall, campaign impact, and brand recall. Share monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Major Requirements
Candidate must have 4 or more years of experience- Preferred.
