We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy and execution for our direct-to-consumer brands across Europe, the UK, and the US.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, performance, and brand, working closely with e-commerce, creative, and digital teams. You will own planning, coordination, and optimisation of marketing activities while ensuring brand consistency and commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing plans
  • Coordinate paid advertising, content, email, and social campaigns
  • Plan and support product launches and promotions
  • Manage marketing calendars and campaign timelines

Performance & Growth

  • Work closely with performance marketers on paid acquisition
  • Monitor KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention, and revenue
  • Analyse performance and adjust strategy accordingly

Brand & Content Oversight

  • Ensure brand consistency across ads, website, and social channels
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams on messaging and visuals
  • Oversee influencer and UGC initiatives where relevant

Market Expansion

  • Support expansion into new markets (EU countries, UK, US)
  • Adapt messaging and campaigns to different regions
  • Coordinate with local partners where required

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in marketing for DTC or consumer brands
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and funnels
  • Experience managing or coordinating paid ads teams
  • Comfortable working with data and analytics
  • Experience in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands is a strong plus
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
