Trainee Manager – Sales, Marketing & Distribution (MBA – Marketing & Operations)

Position Overview:

We are seeking ambitious and high-potential MBA graduates (specializing in Marketing & Operations) to join our Trainee Manager Program within Sales, Marketing & Distribution. This role is designed to develop future leaders who will contribute to driving commercial growth, brand visibility, and operational excellence across our markets.

As a Trainee Manager, you will undergo structured on-the-job training, rotational assignments, and hands-on exposure across key commercial functions, preparing you for future managerial roles within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

• Support the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
• Assist sales teams with customer engagement, market visits, and route-to-market activities.
• Analyze sales performance reports and propose improvement strategies.
• Coordinate with distributors, retail partners, and field sales teams.

Marketing:

• Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, brand promotions, and digital initiatives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights studies.
• Support brand teams in product launches, content development, and promotional activities.
• Assist in tracking marketing ROI and campaign effectiveness.

Distribution & Operations:

• Participate in planning and monitoring distribution routes, order processing, and supply availability.
• Assist in optimizing logistics processes to ensure efficient product delivery.
• Work with supply chain teams to forecast demand and manage inventory levels.
• Support the evaluation of distributor performance and alignment with company standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
