Marketing Manager
for our company operating in the retail sector.
What Qualifications Are We Looking For?

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or a related field

7–10 years of hands-on marketing experience (beauty, cosmetics or FMCG preferred)

Strong operational skills: detail-oriented, structured and able to manage processes end-to-end

Solid experience running 360° marketing campaigns and managing agencies

The ability to read data, understand key digital KPIs and convert insights into actions

Experience leading social media, content and digital performance workflows

Team management experience with a clear, efficient and outcome-driven leadership style

The ability to turn trends, consumer insights and market research into plans that drive commercial impact

High proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms

Experience working cross-functionally with other departments to keep all activities aligned
What Will Your Responsibilities Be?

Turn brand and marketing strategy into clear daily, weekly and monthly action plans

Lead the creative workflow: brief, production, revisions and on-time delivery

Manage 360° campaigns and ensure timely, effective execution across all channels

Monitor digital performance regularly, follow key KPIs and support continuous optimization

Analyze market, trends and competitors; turn insights into commercial actions that support growth

Drive effective, results-oriented marketing activities with strong ROI

Manage the marketing budget and report spend, performance and required adjustments

Lead the marketing team with clear priorities, task follow-up and consistent execution quality

Build a continuous-improvement culture - daily optimizations, small wins and steady progress
