Our mission is to empower consumer goods brands with forward-thinking strategies through events, content, and digital engagement.

We are looking for a strategic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our growing team. You’ll take the lead in delivering innovative, multi-channel campaigns that drive attendee registrations, elevate sponsor visibility and revenue, and strengthen My Digital Shelf’s presence as a global thought-leader.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute strategic, insight-led marketing plans for our events to meet attendance and revenue targets.
  • Run and monitor integrated campaigns across email, social media, partnerships, content, SEO, and paid channels.
  • Write compelling copy and create engaging content for email newsletters, event brochures, social media, and websites.
  • Lead the team’s database segmentation and list-building efforts to improve targeting and performance.

Digital & Content Marketing

  • Oversee SEO best practices and website visibility for each event.
  • Oversee all website updates through coordination with internal teams and freelancers.
  • Collaborate on blog content and speaker/editorial promotion to drive audience interest and organic reach.
  • Support sponsorship and exhibitor visibility with tailored content and promotional support.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Team Leadership

  • Work closely with our commercial, content, and operations teams to align messaging, deadlines, and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with a wider support network of in-house team members and trusted freelancers across design, marketing, and web.
  • Facilitate external communication with partners, speakers, and media outlets to maximise campaign effectiveness and event engagement.
  • Building strategic partnerships with industry organisations to expand brand reach

· Clear, data-backed results from marketing efforts

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years of B2B marketing experience – ideally in events, conferences, or media.
  • Strong copywriting, email marketing, and digital campaign experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – with fluency in English.
  • Experience using tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, WordPress, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, digital visibility, and multi-channel campaign delivery.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive, organised, and collaborative – comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience proofreading, managing timelines, and coordinating stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Comfortable working independently and with remote teams across time zones.
