Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will act as a strong link between the brand and external marketing agencies. This role is all about coordination, clarity, and execution. You will make sure that the agency clearly understands the brand’s vision and that all marketing activities are delivered on time, on brand, and with impact.

You will work closely with leadership and internal teams while managing agencies across digital, creative, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

The Marketing Manager will be the main point of contact between the company and all marketing agencies. You will be responsible for sharing clear briefs, timelines, and expectations, and ensuring smooth communication from planning to execution.

You will support the creation and execution of monthly and quarterly marketing plans. This includes coordinating campaigns across digital platforms, social media, offline marketing, events, and brand initiatives. You will ensure campaigns go live as planned and meet business objectives.

You will review creatives, content, ads, and campaign materials before release to ensure brand consistency across all channels. Protecting and strengthening the brand image will be a key responsibility.

You will track campaign performance using reports shared by agencies and internal data. You will analyze results, share insights with management, and suggest improvements for better reach, engagement, and ROI.

You will collaborate with internal teams such as sales, operations, and leadership to understand business needs and translate them into marketing actions. Quick turnaround and problem-solving will be important in this role.

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills with a good understanding of branding and digital marketing fundamentals. Experience working with marketing or creative agencies is essential.

You should be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple projects at the same time. A proactive mindset, ownership attitude, and ability to work under deadlines are key.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is required. An MBA or marketing specialization will be an added advantage. Practical experience and execution skills are more important than academic qualifications.
