Marketing Manager

WADIC is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of all marketing initiatives. This role is critical to strengthening WADIC’s brand presence, attracting high-value clients, and driving sustainable business growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with hands-on expertise in digital marketing, content development, lead generation, and brand management.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to position WADIC as a leading web development company.
  • Oversee all marketing functions, including digital marketing, branding, content strategy, and customer engagement.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to continuously refine marketing strategies.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to measure and optimize marketing effectiveness.

Digital Marketing & SEO

  • Lead SEO and SEM initiatives to enhance search visibility and overall digital presence.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting platforms.
  • Optimize website structure, content, and user experience to improve organic performance.
  • Leverage analytics tools, heatmaps, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to improve website conversions.

Content & Social Media Marketing

  • Oversee the development of high-quality content, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and social media posts.
  • Plan, execute, and manage content calendars across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to maximize engagement and reach.

Email Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Design and manage email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, customer engagement, and retention.
  • Build and optimize automated email workflows using platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or Klaviyo.
  • Enhance lead funnels and conversion strategies through A/B testing and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver qualified B2B leads.

Brand Management & Public Relations

  • Maintain and strengthen WADIC’s brand identity across all digital and offline touchpoints.
  • Manage public relations initiatives, including press releases and media outreach.
  • Identify partnership, sponsorship, and co-marketing opportunities to increase brand visibility.
  • Plan and host webinars, virtual events, and industry conferences to establish thought leadership.

Marketing Automation & CRM

  • Implement and optimize marketing automation tools to improve operational efficiency.
  • Utilize CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho to manage, track, and nurture leads.
  • Deploy chatbots and AI-driven marketing tools to enhance customer engagement and interaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional marketing experience, preferably in a technology or web development environment.
  • Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns, and content strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track KPIs and optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with web development concepts and industry trends is a plus.
