Role Overview

We are hiring a Marketing & Recruitment Growth Manager to own and execute our recruitment marketing engine.

This is a hands-on role focused on:

  • Running paid recruitment campaigns
  • Improving applicant quality
  • Optimizing the hiring funnel
  • Protecting employer brand credibility

This is not a sales role and does not involve client acquisition or operational management.

Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding

  • Translate Dial Expert’s real operations (training, QA, expectations) into clear and honest hiring messaging.
  • Ensure recruitment content sets accurate expectations and attracts the right candidates.
  • Work closely with HR to align messaging with actual hiring needs.
  • Act as a guardrail against misleading or overpromising recruitment ads.

Paid Recruitment Campaigns (Primary Focus)

  • Personally plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid recruitment campaigns.
  • Own daily execution across relevant paid advertising platforms.
  • Segment campaigns by role type, experience level, and readiness (night shift, equipment, commitment).
  • Optimize for cost per applicant, cost per qualified applicant, and interview show-up rates.
  • Scale winning campaigns and stop underperforming ones early.

This role is execution-heavy.
Recruitment ads are not delegated to agencies.

Hiring Funnel Optimization

  • Own the marketing side of the hiring funnel from ad to interview outcome.
  • Work with HR to identify drop-offs and improve lead quality.
  • Adjust targeting, creatives, and messaging based on real hiring results.

Content & Creative Coordination

  • Brief the Content Creator on campaign priorities and messaging.
  • Coordinate with the in-house Graphic Designer on ad creatives and visuals.
  • Ensure all creatives reflect real working conditions and brand standards.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Deliver clear weekly and monthly reports covering:
  • Ad spend
  • Cost per applicant
  • Cost per qualified applicant
  • Funnel quality insights
  • Focus on actionable insights, not vanity metrics.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2-3+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or media buying.
  • Strong hands-on experience running paid advertising campaigns.
  • Experience with recruitment marketing, lead generation, or high-volume funnels.
  • Strong analytical and optimization skills.
  • Experience in BPO, call centers, agencies, or service-based businesses is a strong advantage.

Tools & Technical Skills

Specific tools are flexible.
Candidates are evaluated based on results, consistency, and optimization ability, not software preferences.
