Position Overview

We are hiring a Marketing Manager to manage and execute all marketing activities for our coworking space. This role will be responsible for driving inquiries, increasing occupancy, building brand awareness, and developing partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies for hot desks, dedicated desks, private offices, and meeting rooms.
  • Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, website forms, walk-ins, and referrals.
  • Maintain lead pipelines, ensure timely follow-ups, and support conversion into confirmed members.
  • Work closely with management and operations to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.

2. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Design and implement CoVerse’s marketing roadmap for launch and growth phases.
  • Create monthly and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify target customer segments including startups, freelancers, SMEs, remote teams, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to position CoVerse effectively.

3. Digital Marketing & Online Presence

  • Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) including content planning, posting, and engagement.
  • Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
  • Coordinate website content, landing pages, and lead capture forms.
  • Track digital performance using analytics tools and improve campaign results.

4. Brand Building & Promotions

  • Build CoVerse’s brand presence through creative campaigns, offers, and promotions.
  • Develop or coordinate marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, email campaigns, presentations, and signage.
  • Plan and execute launch activities, open house events, and promotional drives.

5. Partnerships & Business Development

  • Develop strategic partnerships with startups, incubators, accelerators, universities, recruitment firms, real estate agents, and corporate offices.
  • Identify collaboration opportunities with business communities, freelancer networks, and tech ecosystems.
  • Represent CoVerse at networking events, exhibitions, and industry meetups.

6. On-ground Marketing & Community Engagement

  • Manage site visits, client tours, and walk-in prospects in a professional manner.
  • Support community-building initiatives such as workshops, meetups, and member events.
  • Collect feedback from prospects and members to refine marketing messaging and service offerings.

7. Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, occupancy, campaign results, and ROI.
  • Monitor marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
  • Share insights and recommendations with management to improve growth strategy.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–2+ years of relevant experience in:
  • Coworking spaces, serviced offices, real estate marketing, or flexible workspace businesses, or
  • B2B services, startups, property leasing, or business development with strong lead generation exposure.
  • Proven experience in generating and converting leads.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and basic performance analytics.

Experience managing vendors, designers, or digital agencies is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Confident in dealing with clients, corporate representatives, and walk-in prospects.
  • Results-driven with a clear focus on occupancy and revenue growth.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of the marketing function.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and strong in follow-ups.
  • Creative mindset with a practical, data-focused approach.
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment where processes are being built.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
