Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimising marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. This role leads marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, manages social media and content initiatives, and works closely with sales, product, and external partners. The ideal candidate brings a mix of creativity, data-driven thinking, and strong execution skills.

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with business goals
  • Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns, from concept to execution and reporting
  • Manage digital marketing efforts including social media, website, email, SEO, and paid campaigns
  • Oversee content creation for marketing materials, campaigns, and brand communication
  • Conduct market research to track trends, customer insights, and competitor activity
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance using relevant metrics and tools
  • Social Media Management: Oversee social media presence, including content creation, posting, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with sales and other internal teams to support lead generation and conversions
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners when required
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints
  • Manage marketing budgets and optimise spend for better ROI
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity: Ability to generate fresh ideas for campaigns and promotions.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and generate insights for campaign optimization.
  • Project Management: Strong organisational skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, content creation, or campaign management.
  • Good communication and creative thinking skills.
  • Knowledge of tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
