Sarder Foundation is a non-profit organization with the mission of “Building an inclusive, AI-ready world where no one is left behind.” Operating under Sarder Inc., the foundation focuses on expanding access to education by providing subsidies and support for training programs delivered through NetCom Learning and Nplus.
With its primary base in New York, the foundation collaborates with global non-profits, government bodies, academic institutions, and ecosystem partners to drive education, leadership development, and AI skilling initiatives for underserved communities worldwide.
The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies to enhance the visibility, credibility, and social impact of Sarder Foundation’s programs. This role focuses on brand building, multi-channel campaigns, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement across mission-driven ecosystems. Success in this role will be measured by strengthened brand presence, high-impact campaigns, and meaningful engagement with partners, institutions, and communities.
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the foundation’s mission, vision, and program objectives.
Strengthen brand positioning across digital, offline, and experiential channels with consistent storytelling and messaging.
Lead 360° marketing campaigns across social media, website, email, content, PR, and events.
Drive awareness and engagement for leadership programs, fellowships, education initiatives, and strategic partnerships.
Build and manage partnerships with academic institutions, NGOs, corporates, government bodies, and media organizations.
Oversee the creation of high-impact content including articles, reports, case studies, event collaterals, and digital assets.
Position the foundation and its leadership as thought leaders through strategic visibility and storytelling initiatives.
Support marketing and promotion of national and international programs, conferences, workshops, and outreach initiatives.
Manage offline activations, institutional engagements, and partner-led events aligned with foundation goals.
Track key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, participation, and brand impact.
Prepare periodic marketing performance reports and insights for leadership review and strategic planning.
Brand strategy and integrated marketing campaign management
Partnerships, sponsorships, and stakeholder engagement
Digital marketing execution (social, email, analytics, content platforms)
Content strategy, storytelling, and thought leadership positioning
Event marketing and multi-partner program coordination
Data-driven campaign analysis and performance reporting
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field (master’s preferred)
5–8 years of relevant experience in marketing, branding, partnerships, or communications
Prior experience in non-profit, government, education, CSR, or social impact organizations is strongly preferred
Exposure to working with ministries, public institutions, global partners, or academic bodies is an added advantage
