Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and lead engagement with vendors, clients, distribution partners, and internal teams to ensure effective business development and marketing operations. Drive business growth by collaborating with Sales Account Managers on account mapping, participating in key client meetings, supporting sales closures, and initiating strategic growth plans.
  • Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies aligned with company objectives to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Work with vendors and outsourced agencies/designers to create engaging marketing materials, including websites, brochures, and promotional content. Oversee monthly marketing activities, conduct ROI reviews, evaluate performance, and manage integrated campaign initiatives.
  • Plan, manage, and control the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximum return on investment.
  • Plan and manage vendor co-funded activities, participate in industry events, and represent the company at global vendor events, local events, roadshows, seminars, exhibitions, and conferences.
  • Conduct research on marketing initiatives, market trends, and customer insights to identify new business development opportunities.
  • Develop and manage social media strategies and campaigns across platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging, audience engagement, and lead generation.
  • Utilize multiple digital marketing channels such as Google Ads, SEO, social media platforms, Mailchimp, and Facebook to promote the company’s expertise, solutions, and services.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with top management, stakeholders, vendor management teams, and key product owners within the distribution network.
  • Develop press releases and coordinate with media partners to strengthen brand visibility, secure event sponsorships, and represent the company at media and promotional events.
  • Stay updated on new products, technologies, and industry trends to identify potential business growth opportunities.
  • Lead brand development, positioning, and messaging to ensure a consistent and impactful brand presence across all platforms and communication channels.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential markets for expansion.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team on lead generation strategies, sales funnels, pipeline development, and closing strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals, presentations, and sales pitches to clients and partners.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support data-driven business decisions.
  • Track KPIs and performance metrics, and prepare reports on the ROI of marketing campaigns and business development initiatives.
  • Continuously optimize marketing, digital, and business development strategies to maximize growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement.

Who Can Apply:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, business development, sales, or client relations (preferably within the UAE tech or distribution industry).
  • Fluency in English (mandatory).
  • Arabic speaking is preferred.
  • Strong expertise in marketing strategy, social media management, digital campaigns, and business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and growth targets.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
