We are seeking a senior, results-driven Marketing Manager with extensive real estate industry experience to lead the company’s marketing function. The role requires strategic leadership, strong financial control, and hands-on execution to ensure measurable ROI, brand growth, and market dominance.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in managing marketing budgets, leading high-performance teams, and executing ROI-focused campaigns within the Qatar or GCC real estate market.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, ensuring clear structure, accountability, and performance standards
- Establish scalable marketing processes and workflows across teams
Budget Management & ROI Accountability
- Effectively manage and control the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources
- Lead marketing campaigns with a strong focus on ROI, cost efficiency, and lead quality
- Monitor spend, performance, and returns across all channels, reporting directly to management
Campaign Management & Lead Generation
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, portals, and offline channels
- Drive qualified lead generation for residential, commercial, and investment properties
- Optimize performance marketing initiatives across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Digital Presence & Brand Growth
- Oversee brand positioning and consistency across all digital and offline platforms
- Drive content strategy for social media, website, email marketing, and corporate materials
- Strengthen brand authority and thought leadership, particularly on LinkedIn
Real Estate Portals & Market Execution
- Oversee property portal strategy, including listings optimization and campaign visibility
- Work closely with sales, leasing, and commercial teams to align marketing output with revenue goals
- Ensure compliance, quality, and performance standards across all listings
Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Track KPIs including CPL, lead quality, conversions, and ROI
- Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for senior management
- Use data insights to continuously refine strategy and execution
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of proven marketing experience
- At least 7 years in a managerial or leadership role
- 5–7 years of mandatory experience within the real estate industry
- Experience in the Qatar or GCC real estate market is a must
- Proven ability to manage marketing budgets and deliver measurable ROI
- Strong leadership experience in developing, structuring, and scaling marketing teams
- Actively engaged on social media with a proven success track record on LinkedIn
- Hands-on experience with performance marketing, branding, and digital growth strategies
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with a data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
