Marketing Manager

Reporting to the Regional Head of Marketing, this role will take ownership of all marketing channels across a portfolio of international schools in the GCC, with scope to include additional schools as the portfolio continues to grow.

The Marketing Manager will work closely with senior marketing leadership to shape and deliver tailored strategies for each school, driving enrolment growth through high-quality marketing, consistent brand execution, and effective multi-channel campaigns. The role will ensure that marketing and admissions activity is fully aligned across all touchpoints — from digital platforms and social media to open days and school tours — delivering measurable impact across awareness, engagement, enquiries, and conversions.

The position will require monthly regional travel, particularly in the initial phase, to collaborate closely with on-site school teams and external partners. Arabic fluency is advantageous but not essential, supporting local content adaptation, translation accuracy, and effective regional communication.

What you’ll do

Strategic Marketing Leadership

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for each school in collaboration with regional marketing leadership.
  • Own all marketing channels — digital, social, websites, events, PR, and traditional media — ensuring they are optimised to generate high-quality enquiries and applications.
  • Partner closely with school leadership, admissions teams, and parent experience teams to ensure strong alignment between marketing activity, enrolment objectives, and event performance.
  • Define annual marketing plans and budgets for each school, managing delivery to maximise return on investment.

Campaign & Channel Management

  • Lead the planning and execution of regional and school-level campaigns across all relevant media channels.
  • Ensure social media content is engaging, on-brand, and aligned with group-wide quality and brand standards.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and optimised school websites, ensuring messaging, visuals, and user experience support conversion goals.
  • Oversee the development of printed and digital collateral — including prospectuses, signage, photography, and video — ensuring consistent positioning and high production quality.

Brand Consistency & Partnerships

  • Uphold group and school brand standards across all communications, campaigns, and materials.
  • Collaborate with international partner schools and brand stakeholders to ensure consistency, integrity, and quality in the representation of affiliated brands.
  • Provide creative and content quality control, ensuring all outputs reflect a premium, market-leading education offering.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Approximately 6–8 years’ marketing experience, ideally within an agency environment or a multi-site / multi-brand organisation.
  • Demonstrated experience managing marketing activity across multiple markets, locations, or business units.
  • Strong understanding of campaign planning and execution, digital marketing, and brand communications.
  • Excellent organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail, paired with strong creative judgement and brand awareness.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional regional language capability is highly advantageous.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing technology platforms such as CRM systems, analytics tools, and social media management software.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly across the region for on-site collaboration, events, and key initiatives.
  • Valid driver’s licence and access to transport preferred.
  • Highly collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
