The company primarily serves B2B customers such as fleet operators, corporate, and institutional clients, while progressively expanding into B2C and dealer-led channels. Nexzu operates in a performance-driven, execution-focused environment.

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will own demand generation, marketing execution, and sales enablement, with a primary focus on B2B marketing and responsibility to build scalable marketing capabilities for B2C and dealer/distributor channels.

This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role in a cost-conscious, ROI-driven setup, closely aligned with sales and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

A. Demand Generation & Funnel Ownership

· Own end-to-end lead generation and funnel performance in close coordination with the Sales team.

· Plan, execute, and optimize digital performance marketing campaigns with a clear focus on lead quality, conversions, and cost efficiency.

· Track, analyze, and report campaign performance through structured metrics and dashboards.

· Apply suitable AI-enabled tools across marketing workflows (content, analytics, campaign optimization, reporting) to improve effectiveness and productivity.

B. B2B Marketing

· Design and execute targeted marketing initiatives for:

o Fleet operators

o Corporate and institutional customers

· Enable sales through structured marketing support including:

o Pitch materials and presentations

o Campaign support and lead programs

o Case studies and reference content

C. Channel Expansion Support (B2C & Dealer)

· Drive and strengthen ongoing direct consumer and online sales initiatives.

· Develop marketing tools and frameworks required for a dealer/distributor-led model, including:

o Dealer marketing collateral

o POS and activation support

o Launch and onboarding assistance

D. Brand Visibility & Market Presence

· Ensure consistent and clear brand communication across all channels.

· Plan and execute events, exhibitions, roadshows, and market activations across key geographies.

· Maintain simplicity and clarity in messaging aligned with Nexzu’s product portfolio.

E. Agency & Budget Management

· Manage the appointed digital marketing agency, with clear deliverables and performance metrics.

· Ensure disciplined utilization of marketing budgets with measurable outcomes.

· Evaluate and optimize spend across channels on an ongoing basis.

F. Team Development

· Build and manage a small in-house marketing team (1–3 members) as business needs scale.

· Set execution priorities and oversee delivery and performance of internal resources.

G. Reporting & Governance

· Present marketing plans, performance updates, and insights directly to management.

· Work closely with Product, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure marketing alignment with product availability and go-to-market plans.

Success Indicators

· Consistent generation of sales-qualified leads

· Cost-efficient marketing campaigns within defined budgets

· Timely and effective execution of events and market activations

· Marketing readiness for channel expansion

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

· MBA / PGDM in Marketing or General Management (preferred)

· 6–8 years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in manufacturing, mobility, or B2B environments

· Strong exposure to digital marketing, analytics, and agency management

· Proven ability to work closely with sales teams and manage budgets

· Willing to travel PAN India as required
