Marketing Manager

The Luxury Bed Collection is seeking a hands-on Marketing Lead to oversee and execute the brand’s digital-first marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a refined, execution-driven marketer with strong taste, operational discipline, and experience working with luxury brands.

This position is rooted in execution and collaboration with the founder. The Marketing Lead will work alongside leadership to translate the brand’s vision into clear, consistent, and beautifully executed marketing across all channels.

Role Objective
Own the execution of marketing programs designed to generate qualified inquiries, support the sales pipeline, increase showroom traffic, while maintaining a consistent and elevated brand presence across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Execution

  • Execute and activate your brand vision (digital, events, content)
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Manage content calendars, publishing schedules, and performance tracking
  • Oversee Google Ads execution and SEO optimization
  • Maintain and optimize the website experience (Wordpress)
  • Ensure all digital touchpoints meet luxury brand standards

CRM & Client Data

  • Work within and maintain the brand’s CRM platform
  • Ensure accurate organization and upkeep of client and customer data
  • Support segmentation and data hygiene to enable refined communications

Budget Tracking & Operations

  • Track marketing spend on a monthly and annual basis
  • Coordinate vendor invoices and payments in partnership with accounting
  • Manage budgets across digital media, partnerships, and events
  • Prepare clear, concise reporting on spend and outcomes

Email Marketing (E-Blasts)

  • Plan and execute promotional and seasonal email communications

Media Partnerships & Collaborations

  • Coordinate media partnerships and brand collaborations

Events & Brand Activations

  • Support planning and execution of brand events and activations

Creative & Brand Assets

  • Oversee creation of one-sheeters and digital marketing assets
  • Ensure consistency in visual identity and messaging

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience executing marketing initiatives within an established brand
  • Comfortable collaborating closely with founders ad leadership team
  • Strong aesthetic judgment and attention to detail
  • Organized, self-directed, and execution-focused
  • Experience with luxury brands preferred

Role Details

  • Full-time position
  • Based in Chicago – River North

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 per year
