Leading D2C brand seeks a retention pro to own customer lifecycle post-acquisition—boost repeats, LTV, and cut churn!

Must-Haves (pls confirm before applying):

• D2C startup exp only (current/prev)
• 3-6 yrs in retention/lifecycle/CRM marketing
• Hands-on CRM campaigns: Email/WhatsApp/SMS/Push
• Built journeys/cohorts/segments in CRM tools
• Delhi/NCR based; in-person interview ready

Own:

• End-to-end retention strategies
• Campaigns across all owned channels
• Loyalty/referral/win-back programs
• A/B tests & KPI dashboards (repeat rate, LTV, etc.)

Gurgaon | Fast-paced impact role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
