Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive growth and demand generation initiatives across digital channels
- Lead and mentor the offshore marketing team, ensuring alignment with global goals
- Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns
- Improve website performance, digital presence, and conversion metrics
- Manage and scale digital, paid, organic, and social media campaigns
- Generate and nurture Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
- Strengthen brand visibility and positioning across multiple markets
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing (mandatory)
- Strong background in demand generation, growth marketing, and digital marketing
- Hands-on experience running digital and social media campaigns
- Ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with global stakeholders, especially US-based leadership
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on performance and ROI

- Experience in Healthcare IT / HealthTech (plus, not mandatory)
