We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can position complex AI products clearly, build market credibility, and drive growth across B2B, enterprise, and partnership channels.
This role is strategic and hands-on. You will own Lumi Tech’s brand, messaging, go-to-market execution, and performance marketing, working closely with the CEO, product, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand & Positioning
- Own Lumi Tech’s brand identity, messaging, and market positioning
- Clearly communicate Lumi Tech as an AI factory / agent-building company
- Ensure consistent voice and visuals across all channels (website, decks, social, events)
2. Product & Solution Marketing
- Translate AI products, architectures, and capabilities into clear value propositions
- Create product one-pagers, solution briefs, case studies, and pitch decks
- Work closely with engineers and AI teams to ensure accuracy and credibility
3. Go-To-Market Strategy
- Design and execute go-to-market plans for AI products, pilots, and partnerships
- Support sales and business development with messaging, materials, and campaigns
- Coordinate launches, announcements, and ecosystem partnerships
4. Content & Thought Leadership
- Drive thought leadership around AI, automation, and digital transformation
- Oversee content creation: LinkedIn, website, blogs, presentations, whitepapers
- Position Lumi Tech leadership as trusted voices in AI and innovation
5. Campaigns & Performance Marketing
- Plan and manage digital campaigns (organic and paid where relevant)
- Track KPIs such as leads, engagement, conversion, and brand growth
- Continuously optimize campaigns using data and performance insights
6. Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and AI ecosystem developments
- Provide insights to leadership to support strategic decisions
- Adapt messaging based on market feedback and traction
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in B2B marketing, tech marketing, or product marketing
- Proven experience marketing technology, SaaS, or AI-driven products
- Strong ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear messaging
- Experience working closely with founders, product teams, and engineers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required)
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Experience in AI, automation, enterprise software, or digital platforms
- Familiarity with startup or scale-up environments
- Experience marketing to enterprises, governments, or regulated industries
- Arabic language skills are a plus
