Role Overview
The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimising marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. This role oversees campaigns, content, digital channels, and cross-functional coordination to ensure consistent brand positioning and measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Plan quarterly and annual campaign calendars
- Identify target audiences, positioning, and messaging
2. Campaign Management
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution across digital and offline channels
- Manage product launches, events, and brand initiatives
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise for ROI
3. Digital Marketing
- Oversee social media, website, SEO, paid ads, and email marketing
- Drive lead generation and funnel optimisation
- Coordinate with agencies and performance marketing teams
4. Content & Brand Management
- Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity
- Supervise content creation (blogs, videos, creatives, newsletters)
- Manage brand guidelines and storytelling
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs such as traffic, leads, conversions, CAC, and ROI
- Prepare performance reports and insights
- Use data to improve marketing effectiveness
6. Team & Stakeholder Management
- Manage internal marketing team and external vendors
- Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams
- Align marketing efforts with business priorities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 4–8 years of marketing experience
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels
- Experience managing campaigns and budgets
- Excellent communication and project management skills
