Marketing Manager

Infinity Images is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead all business marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate will bring new ideas to the table and develop marketing campaigns to support lead acquisition, foster customer retention, provide sales support, and advance
brand building. This role will work closely with leadership to ensure business objectives are being translated into effective marketing tactics.

Location:
This role is hybrid, requiring 3-4 days on-site at our NE Portland location each week, as well as some photography-related job site travel throughout the Portland Metro area.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and execute a multichannel marketing strategy spanning website, paid ads, newsletter, social media, press/media, etc.
• Evolve Company Branding while maintaining brand standards throughout all company assets and communications.
• Manage the development, maintenance, and continual optimization of the website. (project case studies, blogs, making SEO improvements, and updating photos)
• Develop and implement social media strategy (paid and organic) and content across all channels.
• Managing and overseeing marketing work assigned to graphic design team and external vendors to ensure compliance with brand standards and business goals.
• Collaborating with all internal teams to develop and implement marketing programs.
• Create and optimize annual marketing budget.
• Tracking performance of digital properties and providing reports on key metrics.
• Managing and creating content for social media channels.
• Developing client-facing proposals and presentations.
• Helping plan and coordinate internal and external events.

Requirements & Preferred Skills:

• 3+ years of professional experience
• Degree in Marketing, Communication Design or Journalism, or an additional 4 year of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with Mailchimp and email automations
• Knowledge of graphic design
• Experience in CMS platforms (Webflow, Squarespace, WordPress) or web design

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Photography experience
• Understanding of print production and processes

COMPENSATION

The pay range is $80,000-90,000 per year.
