Position Overview

We are looking for a full-time Marketing Manager who will take full ownership of our marketing operations across multiple brands.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can plan, execute, and optimize campaigns — not just strategize.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Local Services Ads (LSA), and PPC campaigns
• Improve and maintain Google Business Profiles (GBP) & local SEO rankings
• Oversee lead generation strategies across all platforms
• Coordinate content creation (photos, videos, branding)
• Work with management to scale each business location
• Track KPIs: cost per lead, ROI, conversions, call volume
• Manage website updates and landing pages
• Run and test new marketing channels (Facebook Ads, SEO, etc.)
• Ensure consistent branding across all companies

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing (Google Ads, SEO, lead gen)
• Strong understanding of local service businesses (home services is a plus)
• Ability to manage multiple brands/projects at once
• Data-driven mindset (you understand numbers and performance)
• Self-motivated and highly organized
• Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
