Marketing Manager — Kingsley Bate

Kingsley Bate is a well-established luxury outdoor furniture brand sold through interior designers, hospitality specifiers, and a national dealer network. We're a lean, high-output team and we need a Marketing Manager who can operate across the full marketing function — not just one corner of it.

What this role actually covers:

This is a broad role. You'll own product management for accessory and fabric categories (pricing, vendor relations, performance analysis), lead digital strategy across email, web, and social, oversee catalog and printed collateral production, manage photo assets and shoots, and handle press and media relationships.

What we're looking for:

• A minimum of 4+ years of substantive marketing experience, with meaningful time spent in a structured, professional marketing environment (a corporate department, an established brand, or equivalent)
• Strong writing and editing skills — you will produce and proof real copy, not just approve it
• Comfort with data: Excel or Google Sheets, performance analysis, vendor cost comparisons
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a directly related field
• Experience managing vendors and outside partners
• Note: this position has a direct report (marketing specialist)
• This position offers a base salary of $110,000 per year, bonus eligibility, plus benefits

What we're not looking for:

• Recent graduates or candidates with fewer than 4 years of progressively responsible marketing experience
