The Balmoral Group is seeking a strategic Marketing Manager to join its team. This role is ideal for a professional with strong marketing strategy and coordination skills within professional services, preferably with A/E/C industry experience. As a key member of the management team, this individual will provide strategic oversight and shape overall marketing strategy. The Marketing Manager will bring strong analytical and data-driven capabilities and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry marketplace. The Marketing Manager will also lead professional services teaming, coordination, presentation planning, and production efforts, while supporting and mentoring coordinators. Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the management, development, and mentorship of the marketing team
  • Work with partners and directors to develop strategic marketing plans, including communication strategies, digital marketing, and special projects
  • Provide strategic oversight of marketing strategy and initiatives, including measurement of ROI and performance metrics
  • Integrate company pillars, vision, and business goals into marketing efforts
  • Direct data management efforts to support content assembly, alignment of experience and personnel with project requirements, and marketing targets
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all departments and projects
  • Manage internal systems; lead internal marketing meetings and initiatives
  • Oversee creative development to prepare visually appealing collateral
  • Ensure continuity, quality, and compliance with corporate standards and RFP requirements
  • Provide quality assurance across all marketing deliverables
  • Facilitate and critique presentation and Q&A practice
  • Foster collaboration to streamline processes and enhance efficiency in marketing operations

To Be Successful In This Position You Will Ideally Have...

  • Bachelor's degree (Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or Graphic Art preferred) and minimum of 5 years' experience
  • Strong experience with A/E/C industry marketing coordination
  • Excellent technical writing, professional listening, and verbal communication skills
  • Sensitivity to deadlines with a willingness to work necessary hours to meet them
  • Proficiency in Adobe, MS Office

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
