Marketing Manager

Our client, a leading luxury automotive brand is looking for a Marketing Manager who would be responsible for the strategic development and implementation of all Group relevant measures to maximize brand image and support sales of its product lines within the Middle East region.


Job Description:

  • Develop annual marketing plan highlighting regional and importers' implementation responsibilities. Monitor quarterly implementation of the marketing plan and follow up on deviations.
  • Develop training plan for new Marketing Managers and monitor implementation.
  • Identify opportunities to launch and sustain the group’s products in the market while maintaining competitiveness and profitability to drive business growth and market share.
  • Monitor and report competitor product and price developments and develop counter measures.
  • Lead regional implementation of central processes in regard to product and price.
  • Lead, execute and implement marketing communication strategy through planning and execution of communication campaigns and effective media management within the annual budget according to the Group guidelines.
  • Develop and implement annual events, product launches, conferences and promotion activities. Coach markets on the group’s event standards.
  • Develop and implement new media communication strategy (incl. social media, Search Engine Marketing).
  • Develop and implement importer and regional websites in accordance to the group’s guidelines.
  • Develop activities that cover the complete customer lifecycle and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and monitor the relevant KPIs; develop and implement system requirements for automated KPI reporting through the Importer Management System.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a university in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a similar discipline
  • 10+ years of experience in the fields of Marketing, with minimum 5 years in a marketing management position in a multinational company. Experience in the Middle East Region is an added advantage.
  • Understanding of luxury brands and demonstrable understanding of sales and marketing principles in the context of automotive industry.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic would be a preference).
  • Ability to steer at both strategic and tactical level, with a strong target orientation.
  • Ability to lead across levels, be a role model and a skilled integrator. Ability to harness the strength of diversity and possesses a distinct intercultural understanding.
