Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting company growth through targeted outbound efforts. This position collaborates closely with Sales, leadership, and the C-suite to drive lead generation, maintain brand consistency, and accelerate pipeline development in the multi-family housing (MDU) sector. The role serves as a central coordinator for marketing initiatives, event management, partner fund compliance, and digital/sales content alignment.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Enablement & Executive Support
- Support CEO and C-suite selling motions by coordinating preparation, targeting lists, customized materials, and timely follow-up activities.
- Develop and maintain high-performing email templates, sequences, and outbound messaging for sales outreach.
- Manage sales resource updates: Alert the sales team to new tools, ensure all templates and collateral reflect current branding, and maintain an organized library of up-to-date materials.
- Develop and execute consistent campaigns and messaging across markets, customer segments, documents, and touchpoints to ensure strong brand alignment and effective communication.
- Conduct ongoing market research to identify emerging opportunities, competitor insights, and trends in multi-family housing (MDU) internet services.
Tradeshow & Event Management
- Manage the full event calendar: Plan participation, secure booth space, handle registrations, and coordinate logistics for conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
- Oversee event logistics, including shipping of booths, marketing materials, and promotional swag.
- Arrange travel, accommodations, and schedules for attending team members.
- Liaise with vendors and event organizers to order required services (e.g., electricity, Wi-Fi, lead retrieval).
- Schedule meetings, manage on-site coordination, and execute post-event follow-ups to maximize lead capture and conversion.
- RUCKUS Market Development Funds (MDF) Management
- Serve as primary point of contact for all RUCKUS MDF-related claims, approvals, and reimbursements.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with RUCKUS guidelines to secure full fund reimbursement.
- Track MDF utilization, prepare and submit required documentation, and provide "proof of performance" reports to optimize budget allocation.
Social Media, Content & Digital Coordination
- Act as traffic controller for DojoNetworks’ digital voice: Coordinate between internal teams to align the social media calendar with company goals, product launches, and key initiatives.
- Develop collateral in to create new sales resources, brochures, case studies, website content, and digital assets.
- Ensure brand consistency across all outward-facing materials (digital, print, social, and sales collateral) in line with current DojoNetworks messaging and guidelines.
- Track campaign performance in HubSpot; deliver regular reports and actionable insights to leadership on key metrics including lead generation, engagement, conversion, and ROI.
Additional Duties
- Maintain organized marketing records and performance dashboards.
- Support ad-hoc marketing projects, client communications, and cross-functional initiatives as needed.
- Stay informed on industry’s best practices in MDU/multi-family internet services and marketing trends.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), email marketing platforms, and digital content creation processes.
- Knowledge of the multi-family housing (MDU) sector or telecom/internet services is a plus.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and collaborative mindset.
- Tech Savvy: Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM) is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Organizational Ninja: Exceptional project management skills; you can juggle shipping deadlines, travel bookings, and MDF claims without breaking a sweat.
- Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills for drafting templates and coordinating with external partners (PIC).
- Proactive Mindset: You don’t wait for a task list; you see a gap in a process and move to bridge it.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
