- Launch marketing initiatives and loyalty schemes to enhance customer interaction.
- Implement strategies to improve the customer journey and in-store experience.
- Develop marketing strategies aligned with strategic objectives, using customer insights and market analysis.
- Plan marketing activities with effective measurement of spending.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and execute relevant plans.
- Manage marketing agencies cost-effectively with clear deliverables.
- Oversee in-house creative services to support new concepts while maintaining brand standards.
- Collaborate with third-party suppliers to optimize digital platforms and marketing results.
- Manage marketing tasks and campaigns.
- Use research to guide the marketing team on projects and strategy.
- Identify areas for improvement in products and marketing.
- Collaborate on budgets and marketing objectives.
- Support integrated marketing campaigns for our products.
- Document all campaigns and plans pre-implementation.
- Monitor campaign impact and produce monthly reports.
- Represent the market at events, promoting products and liaising with partners.
