Marketing Manager

Richland Pest & Bee is looking for a high-level marketing leader to help drive our next phase of growth.

This is not an entry-level marketing role and not a passive support position. This is a revenue-generating, customer-facing role that directly impacts company growth. We are looking for someone who can work directly with ownership to lead marketing strategy, strengthen our brand, improve lead generation, and keep our company ahead of the curve.

We are a quickly rising company looking for a sharp, strategic marketer who understands today’s best practices and can help position us ahead of tomorrow’s ever-changing marketing landscape.

The right person will bring both strategy and execution. You must be able to think big, act fast, and produce measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with ownership to lead marketing strategy
• Drive lead generation and revenue growth
• Manage and improve Google Ads and paid campaigns
• Oversee content creation and social media strategy
• Create and lead video content initiatives as a core part of marketing
• Plan, shoot, direct, or manage high-quality video content for branding, advertising, social media, and customer education
• Strengthen brand positioning and messaging
• Track KPIs, customer acquisition cost, and marketing ROI
• Improve marketing performance across digital channels
• Help keep the company modern, competitive, and ahead of changing trends

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience
• Strong digital marketing and lead generation experience
• Experience with Google Ads and campaign management
• Video content experience is required
• Must be able to lead, create, direct, or manage strong video content for marketing purposes
• Strong understanding of analytics, reporting, and ROI
• Ability to think strategically and execute at a high level
• Strong communication, accountability, and leadership skills
• Home service industry experience is a plus

Pay: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour
