Job Title: Marketing Manager

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence, drive lead generation, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans across digital and traditional channels.
• Lead content, branding, and digital campaign strategies to enhance visibility and engagement.
• Oversee social media, SEO, and community engagement to boost audience interaction.
• Manage and mentor the marketing team to achieve performance goals.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, creative, development) for cohesive campaigns.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics, ensuring ROI-driven marketing efforts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 years of proven experience in marketing management (preferably in a software house/tech industry).
• Atleast 2 years working in a leading position.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, SEO tools, and CRM platforms.

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 13A, Karachi
Timings: 12 PM – 9 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per month
