We are an established craft seasoning brand looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager with at least two years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will own our brand presence, drive demand, and support the growth of both our wholesale and direct-to-consumer business segments.

Role Overview
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our marketing across digital, email, and in-store/wholesale channels. You will work closely with ownership and management team to turn attention into revenue and keep our brand top-of-mind with customers and dealers.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and manage a quarterly marketing calendar (promotions, launches, campaigns, events)
· Plan, write, execute, and post content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube)
· Create and send email newsletters and product/promotional campaigns (Mailerlite or similar)
· Manage website updates, product storytelling, and promotions in partnership with internal or external resources.
· Monitor and report on performance (email metrics, social engagement, website traffic, campaign results) and adjust based on data.
· Collaborate with photographers/videographers/creators as needed to keep a steady pipeline of high-quality content.
· Create marketing assets for wholesale dealers (sell sheets, POP, promo flyers, basic in-store signage)
· Lead communications with our wholesale and potential wholesale accounts. Responsibilities will include developing promotions, newsletters, product launches, and seasonal pushes.
Qualifications
· 3+ years of experience in marketing (brand, digital, or product) food, beverage, or CPG strongly preferred.
· Proven experience running social media and email campaigns end-to-end.
· Strong writing and storytelling skills, especially for short-form content and newsletters
· Comfortable working with basic design tools (Canva/Adobe) and web/email platforms
· Organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
· Plus: You love to cook, grill, or BBQ and enjoy talking about food and flavors
