- Support the evolution of stronger demand generation capabilities and, over time, a more structured lead generation approach.
Customer & Market-Facing Communications
- Develop the customer- and market-facing communications strategy for the campaigns, activations, and commercial programs led by this role.
- Shape messaging and communication frameworks that bring campaigns to market clearly, effectively, and with strong commercial relevance.
- Partner with digital, communications, creative, and channel stakeholders to translate campaign strategy into effective omnichannel execution across showroom, retail, digital, e-commerce, and related customer touchpoints.
- Support launch communications, customer updates, promotional messaging, and other market-facing materials tied to priority business initiatives.
- Ensure campaign-related communications are aligned to business goals, audience needs, and desired customer action.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution
- Serve as the lead marketing partner for project-specific activations, ensuring work is clearly scoped, aligned, and moving forward across stakeholders.
- Collaborate across marketing, sales, product management, and leadership to align on campaign goals, messages, timing, deliverables, and expected outcomes.
- Bring structure, accountability, and follow-through to initiatives with multiple contributors and moving parts.
Performance Measurement & Optimization
- Define campaign KPIs and success measures tied to awareness, engagement, demand creation, and commercial support.
- Monitor campaign and activation performance, using insights to improve future plans and strengthen marketing effectiveness over time.
- Help create stronger visibility into which marketing activities are driving meaningful results.
Minimum Qualifications:
