Marketing Manager

Job Description

Pacific Heating & Cooling is seeking a Marketing Manager to execute, manage, and continuously improve our marketing channels. Rooted in our “No Surprises. Just Solutions.” commitment, this role ensures our messaging and campaigns are clear, consistent, and delivered as expected across every customer touchpoint.

This role is focused on turning ideas into consistent, high-quality output that drives engagement, lead generation, and customer retention. You’ll take campaign direction and translate it into blog content, creative assets, and multi-channel distribution across SEO, social, email, and SMS.

You’ll work directly with the Marketing Director to build and execute always-on campaigns that drive new customer growth and strengthen ongoing customer engagement. As part of a small, highly effective team, you’ll collaborate across the business to turn strategy into consistent output and measurable results, while developing your skills and taking on greater ownership over time.

At Pacific, we operate with a Win3 mindset—for our team members, our customers, and our company. If you enjoy building structure, improving engagement, and growing through hands-on execution, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Content & Campaign Execution (Primary Focus)

  • Produce and publish SEO blog content aligned with seasonal demand, customer needs, and keyword opportunities
  • Turn each content topic into multiple assets, including social posts, email campaigns, SMS messaging, and Google Business posts
  • Maintain consistent weekly output across channels using structured workflows and an always-on content calendar
  • Use AI tools and systems to efficiently generate, adapt, and scale content across formats and channels
  • Create simple, on-brand visuals and graphics using tools like Canva and existing templates
  • Continuously improve content quality, clarity, and performance over time

Marketing Automation & Lifecycle Support

  • Build and manage email and SMS campaigns supporting lead nurturing, follow-up, and customer retention
  • Execute seasonal and triggered campaigns tied to business priorities (maintenance reminders, promotions, reactivation)
  • Continuously improve messaging, timing, and campaign performance through testing and iteration

Campaign Development, Distribution & Local Partnerships

  • Execute marketing campaigns across organic and owned channels, ensuring content is distributed effectively and consistently
  • Support and grow organic social presence, including community engagement and local outreach opportunities
  • Identify and collaborate with local partners (e.g., real estate agents, builders, community organizations) to expand reach and generate new opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams or external partners for additional creative needs such as photography, video, or campaign assets as needed
  • Ensure all messaging aligns with brand standards and service priorities across every channel

Website Content & Experience

  • Manage and update website content in WordPress, including blog publishing, page updates, and campaign support
  • Ensure website content is clear, accurate, and aligned with current services, promotions, and messaging
  • Support improvements to user experience, content structure, and conversion opportunities over time

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Monitor content and campaign performance using Google Analytics and SEMrush
  • Identify opportunities to improve engagement, traffic, and conversion across content and campaigns
  • Apply performance insights to continuously improve content, campaigns, and workflows
  • Share key takeaways and recommendations with the Marketing Director

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistent production of high-quality blog content and supporting marketing assets across channels
  • Campaigns are launched regularly across email, SMS, social, and owned channels, with clear alignment to business priorities
  • Content is effectively reused and distributed, creating ongoing engagement rather than one-time execution
  • Measurable improvement in engagement, traffic, and conversion driven by ongoing testing and iteration
  • Increasing efficiency in content production and campaign execution through structured workflows and tools
  • Growing ownership of content planning, campaign execution, and creative development over time

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of marketing experience or equivalent hands-on work
  • Proven ability to produce content and execute across channels (not just coordinate)
  • Able to manage multiple projects and maintain consistent output using tools like Asana
  • Experience with Canva, SEM rush, keyword research, marketing automation platforms, and content management systems
  • Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to support content creation and workflows
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
