Valence Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the development, implementation, and execution of strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting new customers while strengthening relationships with existing clients. This role involves overseeing marketing campaigns, enhancing brand positioning, and coordinating cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals
  • Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, events, etc.)
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs
  • Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency across all marketing materials
  • Oversee content creation including advertising, promotions, and online presence
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports using KPIs and analytics tools
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to support business objectives
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective spending
  • Lead, mentor, and coordinate the marketing team

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–7+ years of experience in marketing or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
  • Creativity and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (MBA or related field)
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies
