HEAD OF ECOMMERCE GROWTH - MARKETING MANAGER
Americans United Inc. is a vertically integrated apparel production, ecommerce, and fulfillment company supporting brands across the patriotic, lifestyle, tactical, outdoor, and ecommerce space.
We process millions of dollars in apparel transactions annually and currently work with 100+ brands ranging from startups to established multi-million dollar businesses.
Over the past several years, we have already helped scale multiple brands from startups into seven-figure businesses. We believe we are still in the early stages of what this company and our partner brands can become with the right growth team in place.
We are now looking for a highly driven growth operator to help us scale the next generation of brands.
This is not a traditional “marketing manager” role.
This is a role for someone who wants ownership, responsibility, creative freedom, and the opportunity to build something meaningful alongside a highly ambitious team.
Some brands we work with are doing only a few thousand dollars per month today but have the potential to become six and seven-figure businesses with the right creative strategy, paid advertising, retention systems, content execution, and leadership behind them.
Others are already established brands that need stronger systems, sharper creative, better advertising performance, improved retention, and more consistent execution to reach the next level.
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys what they do from the creative side to the data side of marketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and improve marketing performance across multiple ecommerce brands.
Manage and optimize:
Identify opportunities for growth, inefficiencies, creative gaps, and areas for operational improvement.
Help build repeatable systems and scalable marketing processes.
Work directly with ownership to help scale brands from startup stage into meaningful ecommerce businesses.
Over time, help build and lead an internal marketing team consisting of media buyers, creatives, content creators, retention marketers, and operators.

QUALIFICATIONS
Software Experience:
Experience within patriotic, tactical, military, law enforcement, outdoor, blue-collar, or lifestyle brands is strongly preferred.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year - Will consider up to $150,000 for the perfect candidate.
This role is in-person, but will consider hybrid for the right candidate.
