Marketing Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote Curaden's products. You will manage marketing campaigns, analyze market trends, control budgets, collaborate with internal teams, and develop relationships with key stakeholders, including dental professionals and distributors along with partnerships with different industries. The role also involves participating in events, training sessions, and market research activities to enhance Curaden’s presence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan for Curaprox brand that aligns with business goals and market opportunities.
  • Manage all marketing activities across the spectrum, including trade marketing, media campaigns, PR initiatives, social media content and event management.
  • Drive strong brand positioning and awareness through innovative campaigns, collaborations & partnerships and strategic media placements.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement trade marketing strategies that drive in-store visibility, promotions, and customer engagement.
  • Plan and execute events such as product launches, dental care campaigns, promotional events, and brand activations to create strong market presence.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and dental professionals. Collaborate with agencies to amplify brand exposure through PR and media partnerships.
  • Develop and execute a robust digital marketing strategy, including social media management, to engage with target audiences, grow online presence, and drive traffic to Curaprox.ae.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Planning, and Branding
  • Strong Analytical Skills in Market Research and Trend Analysis
  • Project Management and Team Leadership experience
  • Skills in Communication, Networking, and Relationship Building
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Strategy, and CRM Tools
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams in a dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated experience using CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) to manage pipelines, maintain accurate data, generate reports, and support customer engagement strategies
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is a must
  • Flexible to travel when required
